My Learnings from this experience in a University Environment:
๐ Diverse Leadership Styles are valuable in society: There is an opportunity to engage students in the idea that introverts, organizers, visionaries, and team builders all have the potential to lead effectively
๐ Interactive Learning: Interactive discussions and activities can enhance engagement and retention of concepts. Encouraging students to share their perspectives around leadership can lead to richer learning experiences.
๐ Challenging Stereotypes: Addressing and challenging common stereotypes about leadership, such as the notion that only charismatic orators can be leaders, can broaden students' understanding of what it means to lead.
